Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Refund & Membership
- Non-member orders are non-refundable. Any refund can only be returned to a member account wallet.
- If you check out as a guest (non-member), there is no wallet to receive funds; your order is therefore non-refundable.
- Refunds (including partial refunds) are wallet-only, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash or sent to external accounts.
- Refunds are credited in TWD using the FX snapshot taken at checkout (if applicable). Exchange rates may differ from those shown in your preferred currency.
- For refund eligibility, please log in or create an account before making payment.
Products & Delivery
- eSIM is a digital product. Activation details (QR code / SM-DP+ / activation code) are delivered by email.
- Immediate items are issued shortly after successful payment (Wallet: immediately; PayPal: after capture/approval). Once issued, the item is considered delivered.
- If you purchase more than 1 unit, you may split delivery across multiple recipients using the “Per-Unit Email” feature. Please ensure all email addresses are correct.
- We are not responsible for failed or lost delivery caused by incorrect or unreachable recipient email addresses or full mailboxes. Resending is provided on a best-effort basis.
Changes & Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before the eSIM is issued, activated, or used. Once any eSIM credentials have been issued/activated/used, the order is non-cancellable.
- For any data changes (e.g., recipient email or other order details), please contact Customer Service. Changes are handled on a best-effort basis and must be requested before issuance/activation.
Device & Network
- Ensure your device is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchase. Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Coverage, speeds, and access to 4G/5G depend on local networks and may vary by location and time; they are not guaranteed.
- Use is subject to the carrier’s Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling or suspension by the carrier.
Invoices & Tax
- Invoice requests are available to logged-in customers only. Guests cannot request invoices.
- Triplicate uniform invoices are available for business accounts (BAN required). Personal accounts may request duplicate invoices only.
- Provided invoice information must be accurate; re-issuance may be limited by local regulations.
Miscellaneous
- By proceeding with payment, you confirm that all details provided (including recipient emails and travel info if applicable) are correct.
- By checking the box and placing the order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and policies above.
