Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about buying, installing, and using your travel eSIM.

Most recent iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel and other eSIM-ready phones are supported. Check the full device list on our Compatible Devices page before purchasing.

Tip: Some phones support only one eSIM at a time.

Roaming lets your phone use data outside your home country. Turn roaming ON for our eSIM and keep it OFF on your primary SIM to avoid carrier roaming fees on your main line.
Our plans are data-only (no voice or SMS). Keep your primary SIM active for calls/SMS (your carrier may charge roaming fees). For calls, use apps like WhatsApp, Skype, or Viber over data.
Installation adds the eSIM profile to your phone (when you scan the QR). Activation starts when you arrive in a covered country and the eSIM connects to the network. Some plans start counting days at scan time—always follow the email instructions you receive.
Install it on the day you travel while you still have a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile connection at home or at the airport.
It depends on the plan. Some start on first network connection in the destination; others start immediately after scanning the QR. Check the activation email for your plan’s rule.
